In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, please email team@chateauseven.xyz to submit your complaint.
If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Chateau Seven's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.
